What is your Cancellation Policy?


Cancellations are gladly accepted within 24 HOURS of placing your order and prior to shipping: Cancellations will only be accepted and approved if requested within 24 hours from the time you have place your order and before your order has shipped.




What do I do if I receive a 

Damaged Order?  


What do I do if I have not received my order when tracking confirmation states my order was delivered?


If your item is received damaged, I will be happy to file a claim on your behalf. Within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery you must notify me that your order was damaged. You will need to provide pictures so I can include them with your claim. The pictures must be of the damaged item and the original packaging. Keep all original packaging in case the claim requests it. 

Once claim is filed it can take up to 1-2 weeks not limited to receive claim status. If approved then at that time I will refund the purchase price of the damaged item. Shipping is not refundable No Exceptions.


If tracking confirms delivery of your order and you were unavailable to accept your package, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages from your property.

Do you offer Color Matching?


Yes I offer color matching. If there is an item you would like to purchase that has a color chart in the listing but you don't see the color you want, I will do my best to color match it for you. Just send me a message and a picture of the color you are looking for.




What is the difference between distressed finish and 

non distressed finish?


Distressed finish (or weathered look) in the decorative arts is the activity of making a piece of furniture or object appear aged and older, giving it a weathered unique one of a kind look. All of my pieces that are distressed are done by me by hand. 


Non Distressed finish is a solid paint color.




What is the difference between the chipboard type marquee letters and the metal ones you offer?


I offer both materials for my marquee letters in a variety of sizes. The chipboard/paper mache material marquee letters are made from a sturdy casted paper mache type material. Which is like a hard cardboard. Making this type of letter lighter to ship and lighter to display. 

The metal marquees are simply that marquees made from a metal material.




What is Handmade?


The term "handmade" can additionally be interpreted as "hand-assembled" or "hand-altered." Each piece is hand painted and hand distressed by me. Due to this 

process no two pieces are exactly alike. Because cast iron pieces are “cast” (meaning a 

mold) imperfections and marks are possible and items may vary in appearance.
